These terms govern your use of Property Concierge (the "service"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
Property Concierge is field-service software for trade businesses — job, quote, invoice and client management, with a branded client portal. Features may change as the product evolves.
You retain ownership of the data you enter. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and process it to provide the service. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of that data, including information about your customers.
Do not misuse the service — no unlawful activity, no attempts to breach security, and no use that infringes others' rights.
Where a free trial or paid plan is offered, the terms and price shown at sign-up apply. You can cancel in line with those terms.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance and update features from time to time.
The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted, our liability is limited as set out here or as required by law.
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms. On termination you may request an export of your data within a reasonable period.
